Your First 90 Days

Your H7 journey is designed to build momentum over time — not force everything into a rigid sequence. While Phase 1 helps establish your foundation inside the community, many members naturally begin participating in multiple phases simultaneously throughout their first 90 days. As you attend meetings, complete training, schedule one-to-ones, and engage inside Town Square, you will gradually strengthen your relationships, visibility, communication skills, and overall growth within the H7 ecosystem. Phase 1: Build Your Foundation

Your first step inside H7 is learning how the community, culture, and ChampionOS™ relationship system work together to help members build intentional relationships and long-term opportunities.

During this phase, you will:

  • Complete your F.U.E.L Orientation
