At RISE 27, the moment that matters most isn’t on the main stage. It’s the few quiet minutes after a speaker finishes, when more than 100 business owners open their RISE Journal and write down exactly how they’ll put what they just heard into practice. That’s where a sponsorship stops being a logo and becomes part of the work.
The Moment That Matters

Most events send you home inspired. You take notes, highlight a few lines, make promises to yourself, and then Monday comes.
RISE 27 is built to break that pattern, and Free Write Journal Time is where it happens. A speaker finishes. The room goes quiet. Then every attendee opens the RISE Journal and does three things in order: hear what was said, reflect on what it means for their business, and write down how they may implement it.
The order matters. Listening alone is passive. Reflection makes an idea personal. Writing it down turns it into a commitment with a name on it. By the time the next speaker walks up, the last one has already been converted from a talk into a plan.
It doesn’t happen once. Across two days, more than 100 business owners will open their RISE Journal multiple times, pen in hand, at the moments when their attention and intention are highest. Each of those moments is a chance to put something in front of an owner who is actively deciding what to change.
That is the real estate this post is about. Not a banner in a hallway. The page an owner is holding when they decide what happens next.

Built to Send You Home Equipped
RISE: The Champion Experience takes place April 8–9, 2027, in St. Louis, Missouri. It isn’t a traditional conference. It’s a designed transformation experience built on the Five Movements to Become a Champion: Confrontation, Identity, Commitment, Trial, and Empowerment. The journey moves attendees from settling to leading themselves, because that’s what leads to better relationships and better outcomes.
Three working parts carry it:
- Four main stage speakers. Focused, transformational presentations.
- Champion Activation Tables. Interactive reflection, clarity, strategy, and action.
- Guided reflection and journaling. Time to process, decide, and activate what’s next.
The journal ties them together. The speakers supply the ideas, the tables turn them into conversation, and the journal is where each person decides what to do about them.
Attendees leave with three things: greater clarity about who they are and where they’ve been settling, clear commitments with an actionable plan, and a network of prospective Champions committed to growth. The whole experience runs on three words, Discipline. Action. Momentum., and our attendee guide states the standard plainly: this is not passive learning, it’s active transformation.
The barrier to entry is low on purpose. Early-bird tickets are $149 per person through December 31, and the price goes up $200 on January 1, 2027. A room of owners who came to participate, not just to attend, is the audience a sponsor wants.
Why the Journal Changes What Sponsorship Means

Most conference sponsorship competes for a glance: a logo on a banner, a name in a program, a table in a hallway. The attendee walks past it on the way to something else.
The RISE Journal works differently, for four reasons.
Attendees come back to it on purpose. Nobody passes it by. They open it because the moment calls for it, right after a speaker, to capture what they plan to do. Your ad is in the book they are already reaching for.
It’s open at the highest-intent moment. An owner who just heard something that landed is deciding, in real time, what to change. That isn’t the moment to be loud. It’s the moment to be useful and nearby.
It earns repetition without interrupting anyone. The journal is opened multiple times across both days, so your message is seen more than once, in a setting people chose rather than one they were pulled into.
Who is holding it matters. More than 100 business owners, growth-minded leaders, and decision-makers chose a room built to challenge them. They came to participate, not to be pitched.
There is a quieter benefit too. The page where an owner writes down what they will do sits inside a book your brand helped put in their hands. In a room built around the Standard of the Champion, that association is worth more than impressions. You are connected to the act of following through.
Add the Sponsor Reel, conference sponsor recognition, and video commercial available at higher levels, and your brand appears in the journal and throughout the conference.
Sponsorship Tiers: What You Get
Sponsorship starts at $249, and the journal ad grows with each level, so you can match your visibility to the moments that matter. A quarter page introduces you. A half page gives you room to make an offer. A full page lets you ask the question an owner will actually write about.

|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | $249 | 1/4 page | Journal ad |
| Silver | $599 | 1/4 page | Sponsor Reel during the conference; Swag Bag give-away |

| Platinum | $1,999 | Full page | 3 complimentary tickets; 10-minute lunch presentation + 5-minute Q&A*; all Silver and Gold benefits |
*Presentation content requires approval 10 days before the conference.

Champion Partner: Stand Behind the Standard
At $2,999, the Champion Partner level is for organizations that want more than visibility. Our line for it is simple: don’t just sponsor an event, stand behind the Standard of the Champion.
Champion Partners receive every Silver, Gold, and Platinum benefit, including a full-page ad in the RISE Journal and a 10-minute lunch presentation with 5 minutes of Q&A on either day. Then they get three things no other level includes:
- Strategic influence. An annual RISE Partner Roundtable for ideas, feedback, and strategic input; invitations to vision-planning sessions on future themes, experiences, and initiatives; and advisory input on programming, attendee experience, partnerships, and long-term growth.
- Exclusive access. Quarterly behind-the-scenes updates, early registration, and priority renewal opportunities.
- Premier recognition. Official Champion Partner recognition on the website, in the event program, on signage, on social media, and on event slides; main-stage recognition throughout the experience; and reserved VIP seating for your team.
The package also includes H7 Facebook and LinkedIn mentions, pre-event social media promotion, a final email feature, and a 30-second video commercial played at the conference. Flexible payment options are available, and presentation content requires approval 10 days before the conference.
Choosing Your Level and Writing the Ad for the Moment
Start with the outcome you want, then match it to a level.
| If you want to… | Start with |
|---|---|
| Be seen without a large commitment | Coffee + Snack ($100) or Bronze ($249) |
| Put your brand on something every attendee carries | H7 Swag Bag ($100 + items) or Lanyard ($250) |
| Be tied to a shared moment | Breakfast or Lunch ($150) |
| Tell your story at a larger scale | Gold ($999): half-page journal ad + 30-second video commercial |
| Teach the room | Platinum ($1,999): full-page journal ad + lunch presentation |
| Help shape the experience | Champion Partner ($2,999) |
The journal ad is not a billboard. It’s a page someone reads while thinking about change, so write it for that moment:
- Lead with who you help. One line, plain language. Owners scan for relevance first.
- Ask a question worth writing about. An ad that ends with a reflection prompt tied to your expertise earns a pen stroke instead of a page turn.
- Offer a conversation, not a pitch. This is a Connect, Serve, and Ask® room. An offer of a one-to-one fits better than a discount code.
- Keep it clean. One message, one way to reach you, and room to breathe.

Stand Behind the Standard
Your brand says something about your business. What you stand behind says even more.
RISE 27 will put business owners in a room in St. Louis who came to be challenged, to decide, and to write down what they’ll do next. Put your brand in the book they open each time.
