Lead a Champion Activation Table at RISE 27

Champion Activation Tables: Applied Transformation Sessions at RISE 27. Challenge. Engage. Activate. Participate. Leave with momentum. Round tables set with RISE Journals and a RISE: The Champion Experience table sign, with mountains at sunrise behind them.

RISE 27 is looking for business owners who would rather challenge a room than lecture it. If that’s you, the Champion Activation Tables are your stage.

What a Champion Activation Table Is

RISE 27 isn’t a conference where you sit and listen. On April 8–9, 2027, in St. Louis, it’s built around Applied Transformation Sessions, and the Champion Activation Tables are where that happens up close.

Here’s the structure:

  • 8 to 15 tables
  • 3 rotations
  • 35-minute experiences
  • Plus 10 minutes of RISE Journal Free-Write time, when attendees write down how they’ll implement what they just experienced and the Table Leader can stay to answer any questions

These are not breakout teachings. Attendees are participants, not spectators.

Deliver Your Message the RISE Way

Table Leaders do four things: challenge, engage, activate, and create participation. They don’t lecture.

The themes shift too. Instead of tactical business topics only, you build your session around a Champion outcome. A few examples:

  • AI & Marketing becomes The Standard of Innovation
  • Social Media Videos becomes Leading with Influence
  • Sales Strategy becomes Champion Communication
  • Health becomes Physical Discipline of a Champion

Your expertise stays the same. What changes is the question it answers: not “what do I know?” but “what will these owners do differently because of it?”

Own a SaaS business? Demonstrate it at your table. The same rules apply: build the session around a Champion outcome and keep attendees participating, so it works as an experience instead of a pitch.

You also deliver through the Five Movements to Become a Champion: Confrontation, Identity, Commitment, Trial, and Empowerment. You aren’t required to cover all five in 30 minutes, but hit as many as you can.

What You Get Out of It

Your message gets acted on. Right after your session, attendees open the RISE Journal and write down how they’ll implement what they experienced. Your idea doesn’t fade by Monday. It becomes a written commitment.

You stay in the conversation. During journal time, you can stay and answer questions, at the moment attendees are most invested in what you just shared.

You work with owners who came to participate. That’s the whole design: attendees are participants, not spectators. You won’t be talking at a room. You’ll be working with one.

You sharpen your message. Rebuilding your topic around a Champion outcome forces a clarity you can use everywhere. It’s the same discipline as Identity: knowing what happens to the person you help. Owners who can say that in one sentence are the ones people refer.

You get a RISE Journal ad. In exchange for leading, Table Leaders receive either a complimentary 1/4-page ad or a 1/2-page ad for the price of a 1/4-page ad. See how journal ads work in RISE 27 Sponsorship: Put Your Brand in the Moment Transformation Happens.

Who Should Apply

If you own a business and have a message you can turn into something people do instead of something they hear, apply. This format rewards owners who challenge and engage over owners who like to talk. Bring a point of view, a question that pushes the room, and the willingness to hand the conversation to the people at your table.

Table Leaders can lead up to two tables at the event. A second table isn’t promised and depends on how many Table Leaders sign up.
