H7X: High-Performance Networking for 7 to 10 (X) Professionals

H7X High Performance Networking Graphic

H7X is an invitation-only, high-performance track inside H7 designed for members who are ready to play a bigger game with their business networking. Instead of casual connections, H7X focuses on strategic collaboration, predictable introductions, and real accountability within a committed H7X Group.

There is no “upgrade fee” to your core H7 membership to join H7X, but participation does require members to be at the current full Renewal level (including Legacy Members). This investment ensures that everyone in the room is equally committed to creating results. As we roll this program out this year, members are required to work with Clay Hicks directly and it is first come-first serve. Contact Clay directly at clayton@h7network.com.

Who Is H7X For?

H7X is ideal for H7 members who:

img Want a smaller, sharper circle of peers or “Champions” committed to mutual growth

img Value structured, high-intent networking over casual, drop-in style meetings

img Are willing to show up prepared with clear target markets and specific Asks

img Are ready to both receive and give meaningful introductions (after trust is earned) within their network

All H7X members must complete the Member Training found in the Roadmap to Success within their first 60 days in the H7X Group (unless they have already completed it). This shared training foundation allows the group to move faster, speak the same language, and fully leverage H7’s systems.

Inside an H7X Meeting

H7X Groups meet twice per month for a focused, 60-minute session. These are not standard networking meetings; they are structured, working meetings designed to drive real outcomes for every member.

1. Celebrate Wins

Each H7X member shares a business win or networking win—especially results that came through H7 referrals or Champion relationships. This keeps the group focused on what’s working and reinforces the power of intentional networking.

2. Recollection & Accountability

Members quickly report on introductions owed or introductions they’re still waiting on. This simple check-in ensures follow-through, keeps commitments visible, and builds trust inside the H7X Group.

3. H7X Member Presentation

One member presents their business in depth using a structure similar to the 2nd Connect, Serve, and Ask® One-to-One Agenda. The goal is to understand exactly how they treat referrals, have confidence in the person that you are championing for, who their ideal prospects are, and what a “good introduction” looks like—so the group can confidently act as Champions for them.

4. Champion-Style Working Session

This is the core of the meeting: a collaborative, Champion-style activity where members come prepared with specific target markets, prospect lists, or names of people and companies. The H7X Group:

img Reviews real lists (LinkedIn connections, contact lists, or company lists)

img Identifies who in the group can open which doors

img Commits to specific introductions via LinkedIn or email

Members clarify what a good introduction looks like, and often use simple intro templates to make it easy and consistent. This turns the H7X meeting into an engine for predictable, high-quality referrals.

5. Clear Next Steps & Leadership

The group closes by confirming who will do what, and by when—especially around introductions and upcoming H7 meeting leadership roles. They also align on any meeting changes, H7 events, and participation in H7X Group Success Workshops with the founder or H7 leadership meetings such as quarterly leadership sessions and H7 Rally events.

Why Join an H7X Group?

H7X gives you more than another meeting on your calendar—it gives you a high-performance environment built around strategy, accountability, and real collaboration. You gain a trusted circle of peers that understands your business deeply, champions your growth, and helps you consistently reach the right people in your target markets.

If you’re an H7 member who wants more focus, more structure, and more results from your networking, ask your local leadership if there’s an H7X Group that’s the right fit for you. As we roll this program out this year, members are required to work with Clay Hicks directly and it is first come-first serve. Contact Clay directly at clayton@h7network.com.
