H7 Network, LLC only uses information to create member profiles within our organization. H7 Network, LLC will not sell or distribute personal information to any entity.
Security Policy
H7 Network, LLC uses a third party credit card processor to process all membership dues and payments. After payment information is entered, it is encrypted through the credit card processor and H7 Network, LLC officers and employees (or anyone for that matter) cannot view or access the information on file. We are very diligent about the safety and security of our members financial information.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be given after joining H7 Network, LLC . Memberships are charged on an annual basis. Auto-Renew memberships will not be refunded after they are processed. Members have the opportunity to opt out of Auto-Renew and cancel their membership thirty (30) days prior to renewal date. Reminder emails are sent in increments starting at 45 days prior to Auto-Renew debiting any account.

SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description: When you opt in to receive text messages from H7 Network or Core Team, you agree to receive messages in two general categories:
Non-marketing messages (transactional and relational) – such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling updates; account, billing, and payment notifications; membership and client communications; reminders for recurring and one-time programs and events; customer support replies; and delivery of resources or content you've requested.
Marketing messages (promotional) – such as special offers, program launches, event invitations, newsletters, and re-engagement messages. You will receive marketing messages only where you have given separate, specific consent for them.
You opt in to these services through our web forms, each carrying its own dedicated consent checkbox for the applicable category. Message frequency varies.
2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.
